`Now before the Court is the Indirect Purchaser Plaintiffs (“Plaintiffs”), Motion to Extend
`
`Deadline for Rebuttal Expert Report and Expedited Briefing Schedule, (Doc. # 575). In the
`
`Motion, Plaintiffs ask that their rebuttal report deadline be extended thirty days from July 9, 2021
`
`to August 9, 2021. (Id. at p. 1). Defendant Ferrellgas (“Ferrellgas”) has indicated opposition to
`
`the proposed extension, so Plaintiffs alternatively request expedited briefing on the matter to avoid
`
`conflicts with the current rebuttal deadline. (see generally id.).
`
`
`
`Having considered Plaintiffs’ Motion, the Court declines to rule the extension request at
`
`this time, but believes good cause exists for expedited briefing. Plaintiffs’ Motion is therefore
`
`GRANTED with respect to expedited briefing only. It is hereby ORDERED that:
`
`(1) Ferrellgas shall file any suggestions in opposition to Plaintiffs’ motion for an extension by
`
`June 23, 2021;
`
`(2) Plaintiffs shall file any reply suggestions by June 24, 2021;
`
`(3) All briefs subject to the expedited briefing schedule shall not exceed three pages in length.
`

`IT IS SO ORDERED.
