`The Associate Chief Administrative Law Judge has designated me to conduct a hearing
`in the above-referenced cases, scheduled to commence on August 3, 2021.

`On July 12, 2021 and July 13, 2021, respectively, Counsel for Respondent filed with the
`
`Region 28 Regional Director the above-referenced Petitions to Revoke Subpoenas Ad
`Testificandum, served on Respondents by Counsel for the Acting General Counsel in the above-
`captioned matter. On July 16, 2021, pursuant to Board Rules and Regulations Sec. 102.31(b),
