`Regional Director which, was referred to me by order on August 27, 2021. The hearing in the
`above matter currently set to commence resume, Tuesday, September 20, 2021 at 10 a.m.,
`(Pacific) via ZoomGov videoconference.
`The parties have until close of business on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, to file a
`response as to why LJEB’s Petition to Revoke subpoenas duces tecum should not be granted.
