`On July 23, 2021, the Regional Director for National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
`Region 28 issued an order partially granting Local Joint Executive Board of Las Vegas’ (LJEB)
`extension of time request to file a petition to revoke subpoena duces tecum B-1-1-CZW1YL to
`August 5, 2021. LJEB requested an extension to time until August 19, 2021. The Regional
`Director referred LJEB’s request to the undersigned insofar as LJEB requested additional time
`beyond August 5, 2021.

` grant the additional time requested by LJEB. Any petition to revoke shall be filed in
`writing by August 19, 2021. Prior to that date, the parties are ORDERED to meet and confer
`to resolve and/or narrow the scope of any dispute. In any petition to revoke, LJEB must provide
`sufficient details of the parties’ meet and confer. Thereafter, Respondent shall file any
`opposition to the petition to revoke by August 25, 2021. Any remaining disputes will be
`discussed during the hearing and/or via written order by the undersigned. LJEB should turn over

`all responsive documents that are not in dispute once the hearing opens. Furthermore, any
`disputed documents to which LJEB’s petition to revoke is denied shall be turned over to
`Respondent soon thereafter.
