`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Jason M. Frierson,
`United States Attorney, and Lauren Ibanez, Assistant United States Attorney, counsel for the
`United States of America, and Rene L. Valladares, Federal Public Defender, and
`Rebecca A. Levy, Assistant Federal Public Defender, counsel for Sabir Philimon, that the
`Revocation Hearing currently scheduled on October 15, 2024, be vacated and continued to a
`date and time convenient to the Court, but no sooner than ninety (90) days.
`This Stipulation is entered into for the following reasons:
`The parties are working on a resolution for the Court. Defense Counsel needs

`additional time to prepare for the Revocation Hearing. In addition, Mr. Philimon has a pending
`sentencing hearing in case 2:22-cr-00215-GMN-EJY.
`The defendant is in custody and agrees with the need for the continuance.
