`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Jason M. Frierson,
`United States Attorney, and Mina Chang, Assistant United States Attorney, counsel for the
`United States of America, and Rene L. Valladares, Federal Public Defender, and Benjamin F.
`J. Nemec, Assistant Federal Public Defender, counsel for Michael Doerflein, that the
`Revocation Hearing currently scheduled on March 20, 2024, be vacated and continued to a date
`and time convenient to the Court, but no sooner than thirty (30) days.
`This Stipulation is entered into for the following reasons:
`1.
`Mr. Doerflein is enrolled in an intensive outpatient treatment program at
`Crossroads. The parties agree to allow Mr. Doerflein to complete the intensive outpatient
`treatment program so the Court, and the parties, can get a better sense of Mr. Doerflein’s
`progress before the revocation hearing.
