`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Jason M. Frierson,
`United States Attorney, and Allison Reese, Assistant United States Attorney, counsel for the
`United States of America, and Rene L. Valladares, Federal Public Defender, and Joy Chen,
`Assistant Federal Public Defender, counsel for Asharon Bravo, that the Revocation Hearing
`currently scheduled on October 27, 2023, be vacated and continued to a date and time
`convenient to the Court, but no sooner than one hundred and twenty (120) days.
`This Stipulation is entered into for the following reasons:
`The parties have reached a tentative resolution of this matter. The parties seek

`to continue the matter by four months to allow Ms. Bravo to come into compliance with the
`terms of her supervised release. If she is able to do so and does not sustain any additional

`violations, the Government and the United States Probation Office will recommend dismissal
`of the instant petition to revoke supervised release.
`Ms. Bravo is out of custody and does not oppose the continuance.

`This is the first request for a continuance of the revocation hearing.
