`COUNTS 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 - DISCHARGING FIREARM AT OR INTO
`
`OCCUPIED STRUCTURE, VEHICLE, AIRCRAFT, OR WATERCRAFT (F). COUNT 17
`
`- BATTERY WITH USE OF A DEADLY WEAPON (F), COUNT 18 - BATTERY WITH
`
`USE OF A DEADLY WEAPON RESULTING IN SUBSTANTIAL BODILY HARM (F),
`
`and COUNTS 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 - ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON (F). The
`
`COURT ORDERED, in addition to the $25.00 Administrative Assessment fee, $3.00 DNA
