` represent Jawbone Innovations, LLC in Jawbone Innovations, LLC v. Sony Electronics, Inc.,
`Civil Action No. 2:23-cv-01161-MEF-LDW. I write in response to the Court’s Amended
`Scheduling Order (Dkt. 69) setting a Settlement Conference on January 22, 2025. Jawbone’s client
`representative is unavailable that day.
`
`Jawbone’s client representative is available at the Court’s convenience on January 29 or 30, or
`February 3-6, 2025. Counsel for Jawbone has conferred with Counsel for Sony, who confirms that
`Sony’s client representatives are available on those same days.
`
`Jawbone therefore respectfully requests that, if the Court’s schedule permits, the settlement
`conference be rescheduled on one of the above dates.
`
`Jawbone appreciates the Court’s attention to this matter. Counsel for Jawbone is available at the
`Court’s convenience, if the Court wishes to discuss scheduling.
