`Antitrust Litig., 05-md-1720 (MKB) (VMS)
`
`Dear Judge Scanlon,
`
`Pursuant to the stipulated discovery schedule that the Court entered on
`November 2, 2020 (Dkt. No. 8034), the Parties to Grubhub Holdings, Inc., et al. v. Visa,
`Inc., et al., 19-cv-6555 (MKB) (VMS), and CenturyLink Communications, LLC v. Visa,
`Inc., et al., 19-cv-6318 (MKB) (VMS), were required to submit to the Court any issues
`upon which there is an impasse regarding the deposition protocol by today, February 19,
`2021. The parties have been engaged in discussions regarding the deposition protocol,
`and jointly request that the Court extend until Friday, February 26, 2021, the time to
`submit any issues to the Court. The parties believe that this additional time will allow
`them to resolve any remaining issues.
`
`Respectfully submitted,
`
`/s/ Donna M. Ioffredo
