`We write to request permission for Quinn Emanuel LLP to bring a portable Mifi and PA FM Tour
`Guide System into the Courthouse on May 3, 2017 for use at the hearing on the parties’ pending
`motions in limine. The Tour Guide System will be used by Russian translator Anatoli
`Samochornov to provide simultaneous translation of the hearing to Defendants’ principal Denis
`Katsyv and Russian counsel Natalia Veselnitskaya. The Tour Guide System is contained in a
`small, portable carrying case and if permitted to use the Tour Guide System, Mr. Samochornov
`will endeavor to present minimal disruption to the Court.
