`WHEREAS, after due deliberation, the jury returned with verdicts in favor of Plaintiff, it

`is hereby

`ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Plaintiff recover from Defendant the
`
`sum of $400,000.00.
`
`It is further ORDERED, as stated on the record, that Plaintiff shall file his
`
`motion for the return of the patent by February 1, 2017. Defendant’s opposition shall be filed by
`
`February l4, 2017. The reply, if any, shall be filed by February 21, 2017.

`The Clerk of Court is directed to forward copies of this judgment order to all counsel of
