`I am the Senior Director, Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services, at Sony

`Interactive Entertainment LLC (“SIE LLC”). SIE LLC or its predecessors-in-interest has
`
`employed me since 2005.
`
`I am familiar with the facts set forth herein and could testify
`
`competently thereto.
`

`I submit this Declaration in support of SIE LLC’s motion to transfer this case due
`
`to improper venue.

`The facts set forth in this Declaration were true as of August 12, 2019 and remain

`true at present.

`SIE LLC is a California limited liability company with its company headquarter

`offices at 2207 Bridgepointe Parkway, San Mateo, California.

`Francisco, California; 645 Harrison Street, San Francisco, California; and 1919 S. Bascom

`Avenue, Campbell, California.

`SIE LLC’s headquarter offices and other northern California offices identified
`
`above contain facilities for research, development, marketing, sales, finance, security,
`
`information technology, and engineering (as well as numerous other aspects of SIE LLC’s
`
`business) relating to PlayStation® products and services.
`

`
`SIE LLC does not have any office located in the State of New York and does not
`
`own or operate any facilities in the State of New York.
`
