`REGARDING DEFENDANTS’ ANSWERS TO THE AMENDED COMPLAINT
`Plaintiffs Mariam Davitashvili, Adam Bensimon, Mia Sapienza, Phil Eliades,
`
`Jonathan Swaby, John Boisi, Nate Obey, and Malik Drewey (collectively, “Plaintiffs”),
`
`individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, and Defendants Grubhub
`
`Inc., Postmates Inc., and Uber Technologies, Inc. (collectively, the “Defendants,” and
`
`together with Plaintiffs, the “Parties”), by and through their undersigned counsel,
`
`hereby stipulate as follows:
`
`WHEREAS, on August 19, 2020, Plaintiffs filed an Amended Complaint
`
`against Stipulating Defendants (Dkt. No. 28);
`
`WHEREAS, on March 30, 2022, the Court issued its Memorandum Opinion
`
`authorizing the case to move forward (Dkt. No. 46);
`
`WHEREAS, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(a)(4)(A), Defendants’
`
`Answers to Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint are due on April 13, 2022;
`
`WHEREAS, Defendants seek a modest extension of their time to prepare and
`
`file their Answers to April 29, 2022; and
`
`

`WHEREAS, Plaintiffs consent to this extension;
