`of schools, continue to regulate off-campus training (including

`online training and offline training), and effectively reduce the
`
`burden of excessive homework and the burden of off-campus
`
`training on students in the compulsory education stage (hereinafter
`
`referred to as the "dual reduction"), the following opinions are

`hereby put forward.
`I . General requirements
