`computation, upon presentation of receipts for said expenditures to the Referee,all

`together with interest thereon pursuant to the note and mortgage, and then with interest

`from the date of entry of this judgmentat the statutory rate until the date the deedis
`
`transferred;
`
`Costs and Disbursements: $2,421.90 adjudged to the Plaintiff for costs and
`
`disbursements in this action, with interest at the statutory judgmentrate from the date of
`
`entry of this judgment;
`
`Attorney Fees: $5,225.00 is hereby awarded to Plaintiff as reasonable legalfees
