`This is a personal injury action to recover damages sustained by the Appellant-
`Plaintiff, was lawfully upon Defendants’ premises and slipped due to the steps
`and/or staircase which had improper co-efficient of friction, making the steps
`extremely slippery and Defendants' failure of installing railings along both sides of
`the steps and adequate lighting.
