`A. The undersigned is presently not in possession of any photographs, slides, videotapes

`and/or motion pictures, surveillance photographs/motion pictures, tape recordings,
`
`movies, visual and/or audio and/or magnetic media reproductions of plaintiff The
`
`surveillance video system that captured the alleged occurrence only retains video for
`
`seven (7) days and did not retain the footage of the alleged occurrence.

`insurance provides for a single limit coverage of $1,000,000. There is no known excess
`
`coverage.

`expects to call examining doctors at the time of trial and we will provide plaintiff with those
