`Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-2, as Mortgagee, to secure the sum of $300,243.10. The
`
`foregoing instrument consolidated and/or modified the following mortgage(s): The Mortgage
`
`given by Shelton Crawford and Inez Crawford to Ideal Mortgage Bankers, LTD d/b/a Lending
`
`Key to secure the sum of $301,500.00 dated April 11, 2005 and recorded on April 29, 2005 in
`
`Liber M 28741, page 292. The Note and Mortgage were transferred to Option One Mortgage
`
`Corp. and said transfer was memorialized by an Assignment of Mortgage dated June 25, 2007 and

`recorded on July 27, 2007 in Liber M 32150, page 399. The Note and Mortgage were transferred
`
`to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-2 Asset-Backed
`
`Certificates, Series 2005-2 and said transfer was memorialized by an Assignment of Mortgage
`
`dated April 24, 2007 and recorded on July 27, 2007 in Liber M 32150, page 401. The Note and
`
`Mortgage were transferred to American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. and said transfer was
`
`memorialized by an Assignment of Mortgage dated July 7, 2009 and recorded on July 15, 2009 in
`
`Liber M 33939, page 183. The Loan Modification Agreement given by Shelton Crawford and
`
`Inez Crawford to American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. to secure the sum of $374,528.79
`
`dated September 2, 2008. The Note and Mortgage were transferred to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as
`
`Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-2 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-2
`
`and said transfer was memorialized by an Assignment of Mortgage dated June 18, 2009 and
`
`recorded on July 15, 2009 in Liber M 33939, page 194. A duplicate Assignment of Mortgage was
`
`recorded on September 17, 2009 in Liber M 34183, page 863. The Loan Modification Agreement
`
`given by Shelton Crawford and Inez Crawford to American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc., as
`
`Loan Servicer to secure the sum of $424,478.54 dated August 1, 2010. The Loan Modification
`
`Agreement given by Shelton Crawford and Inez Crawford to Homeward Residential, Inc., as Loan
`
`Servicer to secure the sum of $442,228.11 dated July 1, 2012. The Loan Modification Agreement
`
`given by Shelton Crawford and Inez Crawford to Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, as Loan Servicer
`
`to secure the sum of $222,025.45 dated June 26, 2013. The Loan Modification Agreement given
`
`by Shelton Crawford and Inez Crawford to Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, as Loan Servicer to
`
`secure the sum of $266,820.41 dated May 16, 2016.
`
`In addition, the underlying Note was indorsed by the original lender or its agent, successor,
`
`or assign, and was delivered to Plaintiff prior to the commencement of this action.

`NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the mortgaged premises affected by said
`
`foreclosure action, at the time of the commencement of said action and at the time of the filing of
`
`this notice, is situated at 34 West Marshall Street, Hempstead, in the County of Nassau and the
`
`State of New York, and is more particularly described in said Mortgage and in Schedule "A"
`
`attached hereto and made a part hereof.
`
`The reason for filing this notice of pendency is that the previously filed notice of pendency
`
`in this action is either invalid or otherwise may expire prior to the completion of this action. The
`
`above is an action for the foreclosure of a mortgage and, as such, a notice of pendency may be
`
`filed herein pursuant to CPLR 6516.
`
`The Clerk of the County of Nassau is directed to index this notice to the name(s) of all of
`
`the above Defendant(s) and the premises known as 34 West Marshall Street, Hempstead, NY
`
`11550 (Section 36 Block 60 Lot 360).

`All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
`erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Hempstead, Town of
`Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York, known and designated as the
`westerly 40 feet of Plot #128 on a certain map entitled: “Map of Hempstead Estates
`Section No. 2, Map of Property of the O.L. Schwaneke Land and Investment
`Company” and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Nassau County on May 22, 1909 as
