`Mr. Grieco received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from City College of New York in 1968.
`During his stay at City College he was elected to Tau Beth Pi (National Engineering Honor Society). In
`addition, he has completed over 50 credits towards an advanced degree.
`
`Mr. Grieco was licensed by the State of New York as an Architect in 1975 and is a Registered Architect,
`(License No. 13027), is licensed by the N.Y. Department of Environmental Conservation as a Termite
`Pesticide Applicator (License No. C1630129), and has completed courses by FEMA as a Disaster
`Housing Inspector and in NYS Building Code Enforcement (current building code in Nassau, Suffolk,
`Westchester and up-state counties).
`
`He qualifies academically and meets the experience requirements for the N.Y.S. examination as a
`Professional Engineer. Further, he was a licensed real estate agent.
`
`Awards: Engineer of the Year--National award
` Engineer of the Year--New York
`
`Mr. Grieco's background covers planning, environmental impact studies, design and construction of a
`wide range of facilities. He was directly involved in the construction of 11 office buildings in lower
`Manhattan, portions of several hospitals, sections of the New Jersey Turnpike, several college buildings
`including the complete 70 acre Kingsborough Community College with its power plant, bulkheads, rip
`rap sea walls and docks. In addition, he worked on several construction fact-finding projects to resolve
`construction claims, litigation and deficient work problems. As Vice President of Planning and
`Construction, he directed the planning, designing, environmental impact and partial construction of a
`$237 million NYC convention center.
`
`Mr. Grieco became associated with Tauscher Cronacher Engineers in 1976, and has inspected over
`25,000 residential and commercial buildings with related termite inspections. He does extensive
`consulting work with clients on buildings in all phases of construction.
`
`This experience places him among a handful of architects who are known and accepted as experts in the
`field of Forensic Architecture.
`
`In addition, Mr. Grieco has performed research work for the U.S Department of Energy in the field of
`energy recovery and related work with the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The
`objective of these projects is to develop a new architectural environment/city form for the future.
`
`He is married with three children and is a lover of the "great outdoors." He spends his leisure time
`sailing, skiing, camping and is past President of his Local Civic Association.
