`The Metropolitan Transportation Authority received a FOIL request from you on August 27,

`approximately 2:46 p.m., on 907L Southbound FDR Drive, New York, New York, just
`south of the Wards Island Bridge Overpass, north of East 102 Street, involving a MTA
`armored truck motor vehicle bearing New York State license plate number BA3060,
`operated by ERIC JONES. These records should include, but are not limited to, police
`reports (Accident No.: MV-2024-023-000034), internal investigation reports, supervisor
`reports, incident reports, accident reports, statements, videos, photographs, etc."
`Pursuant to the above referenced FOIL request, responsive documents are available for your
`review in the FOIL Records Access Center for the following requested records:

`Please be advised that the Metropolitan Transportation Authority has conducted a diligent
`search and has found no video responsive to your request.

`identifying codes of individuals, medical information) have been redacted pursuant to N.Y.
`Public Officers Law §89(2), which authorizes an agency to delete identifying details to
`protect against an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy when it makes records available.
`If you wish to file an appeal regarding this determination, you may do so within thirty (30)
`days from this correspondence by sending a written appeal to: Chief Administrative Officer,
