`thereafter as counsel can be heard, why an Order should not be made granting the following relief:

`1. Pursuant to CPLR §§ 5015(a)(1) and 317 vacating the Order & Judgment in this matter
`
`dated March 3, 2017 and entered on March 29, 2017 granting default judgment in favor
`
`of the Plaintiffs and against Defendant, GARRY KEKTYAR;
`
`2. Upon vacatur, for an Order pursuant to CPLR §3012(d) granting Defendant an
`
`extension of time to appear and plead in this matter;
`
`3. Granting a Protective Order pursuant to CPLR § 5240, Ordering that the garnishment
`of Defendant's assets, wages, personal property, or any other form of execution of the
`
`within judgment, be stayed and/or vacated forthwith; and
`
`4. For such and other further relief as may be just, proper, and equitable.
`
`ORDERED, that pending the hearing and determination of the instant Order to Show
`
`Cause, let all restraints currently existing on any account or other property, either real or personal,
`
`- of Defendant be lifted forthwith; and it is further
`
`ORDERED, that pending a hearing or decision on this Order to Show Cause, that all
`
`proceedings on the part of the Plaintiffs, and/or their agents and assigns to execute judgment he
`
`stayed;
`
`SUFFICIENT REASON, appearing therefore, that service of this Order to Show Cause
