`asked for Kitti's Tast name and she refused. I asked her for her name and
`she refused. Served her who seemed to be in charge.

`Kitti Doe is described as FemaTe, Asian, 55 yrs 01d 5'5" 155 Lbs
`with mostTy grey and some b1ack hair.

`On November 3, 2014 deponent encTosed a copy of same in a first

`the Office of the New York Department of State two (2) copies thereof and that at the time of making such service,
`deponent paid Secretary of State a fee of $40.00. That said service was made pursuant to Section 306 of the
