`Office. I was hoping you could clarify whether your response was only on behalf of the DA or also on
`behalf of the Sheriff’s Department, who we also served. Also, the defendant in this action did receive
`records from a FOIL request to Orleans County for the criminal file, so I know they do exist and we
`were looking for an unredacted complete file in response to the subpoena. Please feel free to call
