`The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC)is an organizationof the Departmentof Defense (DoD) that maintainsthe DefenseEnrollmentand Eligibility
`Reporting System (DEERS) databasewhich is the oftclal source of data on eligibility for military medical care and other eligibilitysystems.

`The DoD strongly supports the enforcementof the ServicemembersCivil ReliefAct (50 USC App. § 3901 et seq, as amended)(SCRA)(formerly knownas
