`Our office represents the defendants in the above-referenced matter. The parties have

`reached a settlement in principle and have stipulated to terms to resolve this matter.

`The parties respectfully request adjournment of the compliance conference set for
`December 17, 2024, to a later date that is most practicable for the Court. The request is to allow
`the parties time to draft, review, and execute settlement documents in accordance with the agreed
`upon terms and conditions.
