`having submitted in support thereof a Notice of Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice, an

`afiirmation of Eric R. Fish, a member of the Bar of the State of New York and attomey of record
`
`herein for BCHP, an affidavit ofthe applicant dated November 14,2024, and a Certificate of
`
`Good Standing from ajurisdiction in which the applicant was admitled to the practice of law,
`
`and the Court having reviewed the foregoing submissions and due deliberation having been had,

`it is now therefore:

`ORDERED that the motion is granted on consent, and Casie D. Collignon is permitted to

`appear and to participate in this action on behalfofBCHP; and it is further

`ORDERED that Ms. Collignon shall at all times be associated herein with counsel who

`is a member in good standing ofthe Bar ofthe State of New York and is attomey ofrecord for

`the party in question and all plcadings, briefs and other papers liled with the Court shall be
