`Plaintiff OptoLum, Inc. (“OptoLum”), pursuant to Local
`Rule 5.4(b), hereby submits this Motion to File Documents
`Under Seal In Connection With Its Trial Brief. OptoLum
`moves the Court to file the following documents under seal:

`OptoLum does not assert any confidentiality with regard
`to this document. OptoLum met and conferred with Defendant
`Cree, Inc. (“Cree”), and was informed that the sealed
`information was confidential. The party claiming
`confidentiality, Cree, will have 14 days to file a Brief in
