`In response to this court’s order directing the parties to

`confer as to necessary redactions in a Memorandum Opinion and
`
`Order, (Doc. 343), the parties conferred and agreed to certain
`
`redactions, (Doc. 347). After careful review, this court finds
`
`the proposed redactions, (see Doc. 347-1), are in accordance
`
`with law and reasonable.
`
`IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Memorandum Opinion and
`
`Order, (Doc. 343), shall be filed by the court in redacted form
`
`as set forth in Document 347-1.
`
`IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this court’s Memorandum Opinion
`
`and Order, (Doc. 343), filed on November 24, 2021, shall remain
`
`FILED UNDER SEAL.
