`Cuyahoga County to distribute to Rachael Christy, the balance of the proceeds or funds
`
`on hand. Approximately $14,303.86 are being held from the Sheriff’s sale in this matter
`
`that occurred on or about 10/7/2014. Rachael Christy is entitled to the balance of the
`
`proceeds from the sale presently being held and requests an order to distribute the funds
`
