`Comes nowthe plaintiff, Malone’s Property Management, and for cause of action against the defendant,
`Janae Brown, alleges and states:
`

`That the plaintiff is now. and at ali times of which he complains the owner of certain premises
`situated and described as follows:
`4217 Wofford Dr. , Del City, Okfahoma County, State of Oklahoma,
`and is entitled to immediate possession thereof,
`

`That defendant Janae Brown, entered into a rental agreement with plaintiff whereby he agreed to
`pay $757.00, per month rental on said premises. That the defendant, at the present time, 1s in default on
`said rental in the amount of $1,648.00.
`
`3.
`That the notice to quit required by law has been served uponthe defendant.
`
`WHEREFORE, plaintiff prays for judgment against the defendant for possession and control of
`the premises; for judgment in the amount of $1,648.00; and plus rent arrearage to date
`dement; for the
`costs of this action; and reasonable attorneyfees in the amount of $0.00.
