`Pursuant to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s Order entered May 23, 2014
`
`(Paper No. 49), scheduling an oral argument for June 16, 2014 at 1:00PM,
`
`Petitioner SAP America and Patent Owner Pi-Net International jointly file this
`
`motion to withdraw their respective Requests for Oral Argument.
`
`Petitioner filed a Request for Oral Argument on May 7, 2014 (Paper No.
`
`46). Patent Owner filed a Request for Oral Argument on May 14, 2014 (Paper No.
`
`48). Petitioner and Patent Owner now jointly move to withdraw their respective
`
`Requests for Oral Argument in this trial. Similar motions are being filed in related
`
`trials IPR2013-00194 and IPR2013-00195.
`
`Accordingly, the parties respectfully request that the Board decide this trial
`
`and issue a written decision based on the papers filed by the parties.
`
`For the sake of clarity, through this Joint Motion, Petitioner and Patent
`
`Owner merely wish to forego the Oral Argument—no inference should be derived
`
`as none is intended as to the merits of any issue before the Board in this trial.
`
