`The present proceeding is one of three related proceedings involving the
`
`same parties; IPR2013-00194 concerns U.S. Patent 8,108,492, IPR2013-00195
`
`concerns U.S. Patent 5,987,500, and CBM2013-00013 concerns U.S. Patent
`
`8,037,158. On September 19, 2013, the Board instituted a trial in each of these 3
`
`proceedings and set an initial conference for each proceeding to occur
`
`simultaneously at 2 PM ET on October 21, 2013.
`
`Subsequently, Petitioner requested a conference to discuss filing a Motion
`
`To Supplement in CBM2013-00013. A conference to address Petitioner’s request
`
`has been set for October 16, 2013 at 3 PM ET. Patent Owner has now requested
`
`that, during the October 16, 2013 conference, the Board also consider a request by
`
`the Patent Owner to file a Motion To Supplement in IPR2013-00194 and IPR2013-
`
`00195.
`
`As a matter of efficiency, the Board is rescheduling the initial conference
`
`from October 21, 2013 to take place at the same time as the October 16, 2013
`
`conference. The Board will hear both parties’ requests to file Motions To
`
`Supplement and conduct the initial conference on October 16, 2013 at 3 PM ET
`
`Inconsideration of the above,
`
`It is ORDERED that the initial conference originally set for October 21,
`
`2013 is rescheduled to occur on October 16, 2013 at 3PM., at which time the
`
`Board will also hear the parties’ request to file Motions To Supplement.
