`Counsel for Patent Owner has filed a motion to withdraw in this
`proceeding. Paper 29. Patent Owner has filed a new power of attorney
`appointing Brenton R. Babcock as lead counsel and Ted M. Cannon as
`backup counsel. Paper 30. Both are identified as registered to practice
`before the USPTO. Patent Owner has updated its mandatory notices to
`reflect the change in counsel. Paper 31. Petitioner does not oppose the
`motion.
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), counsel may not withdraw from a
`proceeding before the Board unless the Board authorizes the withdrawal.
`Patent Owner states that no extensions of time will be needed upon granting
`this motion and substitute counsel has been duly appointed. Upon
`consideration, therefore, the motion is granted.
`
`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that the motion of Patent Owner’s counsel to withdraw is
`granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Brenton R. Babcock be substituted as
`lead counsel and Ted M. Cannon as backup counsel for Patent Owner.
