`12), Petitioner, The United States Postal Service (“USPS”), respectfully requests

`oral argument for the trial currently scheduled on May 12, 2015.

`Issues For Hearing
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, USPS specifies the following issues to be
`
`argued:
`
`1. instituted grounds of unpatentability for claims 39-44 of U.S.
`
`Patent No. 6,826,548 from USPS CBM Petition (Paper No. 2);
`
`2. Petitioner’s Supplemental Briefing (Paper No. 9);
`
`3. Institution Decision (Paper No. 11);
`
`4. USPS Reply to Patent Owner’s Response (Paper No. 22);
`
`5. all exhibits filed in the trial; and
`
`6. admissibility of RMI’s evidence if raised by RMI and weight and
`
`exclusion of the testimony of Dr. Nettles.
`
`Petitioner hereby requests that, in addition to lead and back-up counsel,
`
`5 spaces be reserved at the Oral Hearing to accommodate its counsel and
`
`corporate representatives. In addition, Petitioner has informed the technical
`
`support staff of its need for a screen, laptop projector, and a power strip.
