`Petitioners Shoutpoint, Inc. and Victory Solutions, LLC (“Petitioners”)
`
`respectfully request a refund of the $29,550 in post-institution filing fees paid in
`
`this proceeding to Deposit Account 111410 (Customer No. 20,995).
`
`On August 20, 2015, Petitioners filed a petition for covered business method
`
`review of U.S. Patent 9,081,485. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. 42.15(b), Petitioners
`
`deposited with the PTO a total of $45,550 to cover the required fees, including
`
`$29,550 in post-institution fees.
`
`On November 6, 2015, the Board terminated this proceeding due to
`
`settlement. Paper 10. Accordingly, CBM review was not instituted and Petitioners
`
`request a refund of the $29,550 in post-institution fees paid to the PTO in
`
`connection with this proceeding.
