`Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., Sally Beauty Supply LLC, Sally Holdings LLC,

`Sally Investment Holdings LLC, and Beauty Systems Group LLC (“Petitioners”)
`
`submitted their Petition for Covered Business Method Review of U.S. Reissued
`
`Patent No. RE43,715 (Paper No. 1) on February 1, 2016. With the Petition,
`
`Petitioners submitted a number of fees, including Covered Business Method Patent
`
`Review Post-Institution fees of $37,250 ($18,000 per 37 C.F.R. § 42.15(b)(2) and
`
`an additional $19,250 per 37 C.F.R. § 42.15(b)(4) for claims in excess of fifteen).
`
`The Board issued a Decision Denying Institution of Covered Business
`
`Method Patent Review on August 2, 2016 (Paper No. 8), declining to institute trial.
`
`In view of the Board’s Decision, Petitioner respectfully requests a refund of the
`
`$37,250 in post-institution fees that were submitted by Petitioners.
`
`Petitioner requests that the refund be deposited in Deposit Account No. 23-
`
`1951.
