`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Scheduling Order entered on
`
`September 12, 2016 (Paper 13), Patent Owner Chart Trading Development, LLC
`
`(“CTD”) requests an opportunity to present oral argument regarding the
`
`patentability of claims 1-31 (all instituted claims) of U.S. Patent No. 8,060,435.
`
`Under the Scheduling Order, CTD understands that oral argument will be held on
`
`June 8, 2017. CBM2016-00048 is related to CBM2016-00046 and CBM2016-
`
`00047 and, under the Scheduling Orders (Paper 14 and Paper 13, respectively) in
`
`those proceedings, oral argument is also scheduled for June 8, 2017. CTD requests
`
`that all three oral arguments be heard together and requests a total of forty-five
`
`(45) minutes of argument time to address issues in all three proceedings. In
`
`particular, CTD intends to address the following for the ’435 patent (without intent
`
`to waive consideration of any issue not requested):
