`Patent Owner has requested a consolidated oral argument for Cases
`CBM2016-00046, CBM2016-00047, and CBM2016-00048. See CBM2016-
`00046, Paper 34, 1; CBM2016-00047, Paper 33, 1; CBM2016-00048,
`Paper 33, 1. The Board is contemplating conducting a consolidated oral
`argument for these three proceedings, in which a single presentation will be
`made on behalf of all petitioners and where the application of arguments to
`each proceeding would depend on the record of the proceeding, i.e., whether
`it corresponds to the argument made. Both sides will be entitled to one hour
`of total argument time. It is:
`ORDERED that the parties shall respond within one week to indicate
`whether each agrees to have such a consolidated oral argument.
