`filed a motion to withdraw as counsel for CQG, Inc. and CQG, LLC (“CQG

`Petitioners”). Paper 16. The motion indicates that Patent Owner does not
`
`oppose the motion to withdraw. The motion also indicates that Mr.
`
`Benjamin B. Lieb and Mr. John C. Heuton at Sheridan Ross, P.C. will
`
`

`continue to represent the CQG Petitioners. The CQG Petitioners will not be
`
`unrepresented after withdrawal the Loeb Attorneys. On the basis of the

`foregoing, the motion is granted.

`
`Voller III and Arthur T. Yuan of Loeb & Loeb LLP are no longer recognized
`
`as counsel for Petitioner in this proceeding; and

`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Benjamin B. Lieb will be recognized
`
`as lead counsel for the CQG Petitioners and Mr. John C. Heuton as backup
`
`counsel, effective the date of this decision.
