`On July 14, 2020, Patent Owner filed an unopposed Revised Motion to
`Expunge, seeking to expunge:
`Paper 20; the confidential versions of Exhibits 2172, 2169, 2359, 1063,
`and 1064; and Exhibits 2143, 2144, 2154, 2224, 2225, 2232, 2247,
`2270, 2286, 2294, 2295, 2501, 2502, 2503, 2504, 2506, 2507, 2508,
`2509, 2510, 2511, 2512, 2513, 2514, 2515, 2516, 2517, 2518, 2520,
`2521,2522, 2524, 2525, 2526, 2527, 2529, 2530, 2403, 2404, and 2406.
`
`Paper 68. These papers and exhibits contain Patent Owner’s confidential
`information and are sealed. See id. at 1–4.
`Rule 42.56 provides “after final judgement in a trial, a party may file a
`motion to expunge confidential information from the record.” A Final Written
`Decision issued on October 17, 2017 and all appeals are now complete. See Paper
`68, 3. Paper 20 is the Patent Owner’s Response, and a version of the Patent
`Owner’s Response with the confidential information redacted appears in the public
`record as Paper 21. Our Final Written Decision did not rely upon the confidential
`information or exhibits. See Paper 68, 4. Under these circumstances, Patent
`Owner’s Motion to Expunge is granted.

`
`Accordingly, it is:
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion to Expunge (Paper 68) is granted;
`and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Paper 20 and the exhibits listed above shall be
`expunged from the record.
