`Pursuant to Rule 42.70(a) and the Board’s March 12, 2013,

`Scheduling Order (Paper No. 29), Patent Owner The Trustees of Columbia
`
`University in the City of New York (“Columbia”) respectfully requests oral
`
`argument for the hearing currently scheduled for December 17, 2013.
`
`Pursuant to Rule 42.70(a), Columbia specifies the following issues to
