`IPR2013-00150 - Patent Owner Request for Conference Call re Permission to File Motion
`to Amend
`
`Dear Administrative Patent Judges Thomas L. Giannetti, Scott E. Kamholz, and Trenton A. Ward:
`
`I write on behalf of Patent Owner, Symantec Corporation, to request a conference call in connection with IPR2013-
`00150 (for U.S. Patent No. 7,093,086). Patent Owner is requesting the conference call in order to seek the Board’s
`permission to file a motion to amend certain claims of the ‘086 patent. We believe that at least 37 C.F.R. § 42.121
`permits the filing of such a motion.
`
`Please let us know what days/times would work best for the Board to have the conference call. In this regard, we
`are generally available for the call any time on Friday (October 25th) between 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (EST).
`
`Additionally, we note that similar requests are being submitted in separate e-mails for IPR2013-00141, IPR2013-
`00142 and IPR2013-00143. Accordingly, assuming it would be convenient for the Board, we propose that all four
`of these requests be addressed in a single conference call.
`
`Best regards,
`Joe Richetti
