`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioner, Microsoft Corporation, by and

`through its attorneys, will take the deposition of Patent Owner’s fact witness, Ovid
`
`Santoro. The deposition will be recorded by stenographic and videographic means
`
`by a court reporter licensed to administer oaths.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and agreed
`
`upon the time and place for taking deposition testimony. The deposition of Ovid
`
`Santoro will take place on Thursday and Friday, February 27-28, 2014, at the
`
`Offices of DLA Piper LLP, at 500 8th St NW, Washington, DC 20004, starting at
`
`9AM.
`
`This Notice is being served on Patent Owner as soon as the deposition time
`
`and place was confirmed by Patent Owner on February 17, 2014.
