`On December 9, 2014, Patent Owner filed Patent Owner’s Motion for
`Observation Regarding Cross-Examination of Dr. Cetin Kaya Koc. Paper 32
`(“Motion”). Patent Owner’s Motion, however, exceeds the 15 page limit, and the
`panel has not authorized, nor has Patent Owner requested an extension of the page
`limit. Accordingly, Patent Owner’s Motion, filed as Paper 32, is hereby expunged.
`The parties have alerted the panel to an agreement to correct Patent Owner’s
`Motion and a change of the date for Petitioner to respond to the Motion.
`Consistent with that agreement, Patent Owner shall file a corrected Motion by
`December 11, 2014. It shall not exceed 15 pages. The deadline for Petitioner to
`respond to Patent Owner’s Motion is set for December 29, 2014. Due Date 5
`(December 23, 2014), as it pertains to oppositions to motions to exclude is not
`changed by this order.

`ORDERED that Paper 32, Patent Owner’s Motion for Observation is
`expunged;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file a corrected Motion no
`later than December 11, 2014;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall file a response to Patent
`Owner’s Motion by no later than December 29, 2014; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that no other due dates are modified by this order.
