`PATENT OWNER’S REQUEST FOR ORAL ARGUMENT
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`

`

`
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s Revised Scheduling Order
`
`dated August 26, 2014 (Paper 16), Patent Owner OpinionLab, Inc. requests Oral
`
`Argument on issues related to the patentability of Claims 1, 2, 5, 8, 10, 11, 14, 17-
`
`19, 22, 25-27, 30, and 33 of U.S. Patent No. 8,041,805 on the instituted grounds set
`
`forth in the Board’s Decision and on any motions to exclude filed by any party.
`
`(Paper 10). The Board has previously scheduled the Oral Argument for April 16,
`
`2015. (Paper 16 at 6).
`
`Given the significant overlap of issues between IPR2014-00366, IPR2014-
`
`00406, IPR2014-00356, IPR2014-00420, and IPR2014-00421, Patent Owner
`
`requests these cases be consolidated for the purposes of the April 16, 2015 Oral
`
`Argument. Each case was previously scheduled for Oral Argument on April 16,
`
`2015. (IPR2014-00366 (Paper 16), IPR2014-00406 (Paper 16), IPR2014-00356
`
`(Paper 22), IPR2014-00420 (Paper 13), and IPR2014-00421 (Paper 13)). Because
`
`of the significant overlap of issues, Patent Owner further requests that cumulative
`
`argument for these proceedings be limited to 90 minutes per side. If the Board
`
`grants any additional time for argument, Patent Owner requests that the parties be
`
`given equal time.
