`On December 31, 2014, Petitioner filed Motions for Pro Hac Vice
`Admission of Mr. Steven D. Moore and accompanying Declarations in the above-
`captioned proceedings. IPR2014-00500, Paper 23; IPR2014-00501, Paper 24;
`IPR2014-00504, Paper 22. Petitioner indicated that Patent Owner does not oppose
`the Motions. IPR2014-00500, Paper 23, 2; IPR2014-00501, Paper 24, 2; IPR2014-

`Declarations, and Mr. Moore’s Attorney Bio (IPR2014-00500, Ex. 1029; IPR2014-
`00501, Ex. 1015; IPR2014-00504, Ex. 1011), it is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s motions for pro hac vice admission of Mr.
`Steven D. Moore are granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is to continue to have a registered
`practitioner as lead counsel in the instant proceedings, but Mr. Steven D. Moore is
`authorized to be designated as backup counsel; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Steven D. Moore is to comply with the
`Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as
`set forth in Title 37, Part 42 of the C.F.R., and is subject to the USPTO’s
`disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the USPTO Rules of
`Professional Conduct as set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq.
