`Petitioner indicated that Patent Owner did not oppose the request, provided

`that Patent Owner is provided the opportunity to object to the admissibility
`
`of corrected Exhibit 1017 and move to exclude, if necessary.

`Exhibit 1017, the current Exhibit 1017 will be expunged; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner may object to the
`
`admissibility of corrected Exhibit 1017 and move to exclude, as permitted
`
`by the Scheduling Order (Paper 14) and Office Patent Trial Practice Guide.
