`With prior authorization, Petitioner, Marvell Semiconductor, Inc.,
`
`filed a motion to withdraw previously-filed versions of a rough deposition
`
`transcript of Dr. Ghobad Heidari (Exhibit 1012), the Reply Declaration of
`
`Prof. Zhi Ding (Exhibit 1013), and Petitioner’s Reply to Patent Owner’s
`
`Response (Paper 35). Paper 49. Petitioner further seeks to replace the rough
`
`transcript of Dr. Heidari’s deposition with a certified copy which was not
`
`available at the time of filing of Petitioner’s Reply. Petitioner also seeks to
`
`file corrected versions of Prof. Ding’s Reply Declaration and Petitioner’s
`
`Reply for the sole purpose of replacing previous citations to the rough
`
`transcript of Dr. Heidari’s deposition with citations to the certified transcript
`
`of that deposition. Patent Owner did not file an opposition to the motion.
`
`In the interest of having an accurate and complete record, good cause
`
`having been shown, Petitioner’s motion is granted. Petitioner shall file the
`
`certified transcript of Dr. Heidari’s deposition as a new exhibit. Petitioner
`
`shall also file corrected versions of the Reply Declaration of Prof. Zhi Ding
`
`and Petitioner’s Reply to Patent Owner’s Response for the sole purpose of
`
`referencing the new exhibit number and the portions of Dr. Heidari’s
`
`certified deposition transcript which reference the same testimony as
`
`referenced in the original citations to the rough deposition transcript.
`
`Accordingly, it is:
`
`ORDER

`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw the Previously-Filed
`
`Rough Draft Deposition Transcript of Ghobad Heidari, Ph.D. (Ex. 1012),
`
`Petitioner Reply (Paper 35), and Reply Declaration of Dr. Zhi Ding
`

`(Ex. 1013) and Substitute Corrected Versions of All Three Papers is
`
`granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ex. 1012, Ex. 1013, and Paper 35 shall

`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall file: (1) the certified copy
`
`of the Deposition Transcript of Ghobad Heidari, Ph.D as a new exhibit;
`
`(2) the Corrected Reply Declaration of Dr. Zhi Ding as a new exhibit, for the
`
`sole purpose of correcting citations to the certified copy of the Deposition
`
`Transcript of Ghobad Heidari, Ph.D, making reference to the new exhibit
`
`number and citations for that corrected transcript; and (3) the Corrected
`
`Petitioner Reply to Patent Owner’s Response as a new paper, for the sole
`
`purpose of correcting citations to the certified copy of the Deposition
`
`Transcript of Ghobad Heidari, Ph.D, making reference to the new exhibit
`
`number and citations for that corrected transcript.
