`Motion for Pro Hac Vice Recognition of Mr. William R. Zimmerman

`3 This order addresses issues common to both cases. The parties are
`authorized to use this style heading when filing the same paper in multiple
`proceedings, but must include a footnote attesting that “the word-for-word
`identical paper is filed in each proceeding identified in the heading.”

`Petitioner Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Mylan”) moves for an Order
`
`allowing Mr. William R. Zimmerman of Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear,
`
`LLP to appear pro hac vice on behalf of Mylan. Paper 7 in IPR2014-00265
`
`and IPR2014-00268 (filed prior to joinder). Patent Owner does not oppose
`
`the motion. The motion is granted. Petitioner shall update PRPS records
`
`accordingly. Counsel recognized pro hac vice shall comply with 37 C.F.R.
`
`Parts 11 and 42 and the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg.
`
`48755 (Aug. 14, 2012), and are subject to disciplinary jurisdiction under 37
`
`C.F.R. § 11.19(a).
`
`
`
`Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that Mylan’s motion for pro hac vice recognition of Mr.
`
`William R. Zimmerman is granted; Mr. Zimmerman is authorized to
`
`represent Mylan as backup counsel in the instant proceedings;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Zimmerman shall comply with the
`
`Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for
`
`Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of the C.F.R.; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Zimmerman shall be subject to the
`
`Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the Office’s
`
`Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101-11.901.
